This is the best place to burn calories, sweat, shake your booty and have the time of your life. Its everyone's HAPPY place. The staff is amazing. Come join the dance party you won't be disappointed.
Recently I attended Throw Down as well as Boot Scoot with my girlfriend, who is a regular. From a guys point of view it was a great time. The ladies teaching the classes are crazy talented and really know how to get that room moving. I will be going to plenty more classes. Whoever has said dancing isn't a workout has never been here! Thank you ladies for making me feel welcome!
The new Barefoot Bootcamp class is awesome. You definitely feel the booty burn after this class. Love working out to the beat of the music. Lauren is a great instructor and checks in with you on your form during class. She brings a lot to energy to this class,
