Worst Men's Haircut I've Ever Received!!! – I'm an Asian guy with short/medium length hair and I just received the worst haircut of my entire life! The female "stylist" that cut my hair looked like she didn't care about me or her job. I gave her specific guidelines on how I wanted my hair cut; I even showed her pictures. AWESOME!!!! – I went to Floyds for the first time this weekend and had a stylist named Candice - AMAZING job on my cut and color! I've been to so many stylists , cheap and expensive and with her I felt like I've found my perfect match as far as who will touch my hair from here on out! Floyd's Barbershop is the best, hands down – So I am a guy who just moved here from Illinois, and I am very specific when it comes to my hair. I walked into Great Clips and Supercuts and they were filled with older women stylists who could barely speak English. Fantastic Hair cut and colour – I got an amazing cut and colour from Michelle that I absolutely love! I decided to go short and platinum blonde and Michelle did not let me down. The colour looks great and I really love the cut. It was very inexpensive too. I would recommend Floyd's to anyone. I loved the atmosphere, the music, and the fact that it was extremely affordable.
Top Notch Experience – I just got my hair cut by a stylist named Brian @ Floyd's Barbershop on Melrose. I have hair long hair down my back, & he did a beautiful job. I hightly recommend him to anyone. It cost me under $50 dollars to get my hair cut, washed, and styled! Run to the salon... :)
VERY BAD HAIRCUT – I had the worst hair cut ever! If you are looking for a clipper cut where the guards are like training wheels and it's almost inpossible to mess up, then maybe this is your place. If you are looking for any kind of style...forget it! Uneven very bad haircut! NEVER RETURNING!
Great service, great people, great locations – I've always had a good experience at Floyd's on Santa Monica and the one on Melrose. The prices are very reasonable and no one tries to pressure you into anything. No one is snotty...if anything the stylists totally rock out and wouldn't put up with such behavior. The music and visuals are great. So is the free internet access, which I love to use when I wait for my color to set.
