Had a blockage in my kitchen and Terry popped by and sorted me very quickly. Really friendly guy and great service.
Called Terry late last night about our blocked drain and he was here first thing this morning, having texted to say on his way. We realised that our neighbours had same problem so he explained that it was a case for Northumbria Water as to do with the main drain. He duly called them on our behalf which was very kind and they were here within 2 hours. Took 4 hours to sort problem out but thankfully now done. Terry was so friendly and extremely helpful. Would recommend him to anyone!
