Every time I have gotten my oil changed here the service department has always come up with something that is supposedly wrong with my car and needed to be fixed. It should not be that difficult to bring a car to get the oil and filter changed and have the employees do just what you ask them! I will not be coming back to this service center if I can help it!
I've purchased two cars (both used) from Flowers and both times have been stress-free. I've also gone there for my oil changes and the office staff is always polite and professional. Although I don't have much experience dealing with car salesmen, Jason was excellent and always gave a straight answer. When I was buying l my second car, I called Jason about the car I saw on their website and I had the car purchased within a couple days.
Awesome car dealership! They are so helpful and friendly. Best car buying experience I have had. Andre is the guy to see.
Had appointment to get oil change at 930.arrived at 910.. now 1040 an still not done. How long does it take to change oil and filter on a4 cylinder engine. Not Impressed at all
