The salesman, Jason, was awesome! The finance guy was a jerk- after making us wait a long time we went to his office. About 10 words in to his speech he stops to take a swig from his 1/2 gallon jug of orange juice. He got noticeably mad at us for not wanting his extra insurance. We were the first ppl in 20 yrs to say no he claimed. Once he calmed down enough to proceed we notice the interest on the loan was 5.5% we explain our bank offered us lower. I went there the other day for my daughter. See had a used motor put in her van and after that she had trouble with a bracket on the alternator. It broke and a bolt that held the bracket on broke . Long story short after another round with a bolt and bolt hole in the block (striped out) we talked to the service dept and with a little difference of our idea of warranty .
