I sent in an inquiry about a use Mini Cooper on Saturday. I received a text this morning from a Miller at 9:34 asking if I submitted a request on the Mini. I responded yes and expected a call or response right after that. Nothing all day! You guys need to have more training on follow up. As a former internet manager for a Chevy dealer and Sales Manager for a Nissan store I’d be glad to help on my days off teaching Miller about follow up!

I’m undecided about the recommendation, reason being I think my situation could have been handled in a different way in order to have a satisfied customer. I’m from Albany Ga, I saw this used vehicle online in Thomasville Ga, and my wife and I decided to go look at it. I will never go anywhere else again! Marcus got me exactly what I wanted and I was in and out the door in no time!
So even though I didn’t get to get a car today, Jack Davis shed some light on a particular situation that I’m dealing with in my current car. I’ve NEVER been treated better at a dealership than I was treated today. He was the most honest sales guy I’ve ever talked to! Seriously will recommend this place till I die.
