I used this florist by picking from google as not in the are spoke to Louise in phone to place my order of Heart for my dear friend wow what fabulous flowers I was so pleased to see this beautiful heart at the front of the coffin I am so happy and thank you so much for a beautiful arrangement x thank you Diane
