Ordered flowers to be delivered for a friends birthday. I paid an additional £10 for the flowers to be delivered on that day. That was the 13th of November and the flowers still have not been delivered. When followed up they said the driver attempted to deliver but my friend was at home the whole day and no one came. I sent emails twice and no response. Beware. This was so disappointing.
