I would not recommend Flowers by Kelly based on the disappointing experience my niece has had, while preparing for her wedding. The service was completely unsatisfactory, as they caused unnecessary stress and frustration with continuous indecisiveness and delays concerning the bridal bouquet. Communication was poor, and their inability to deliver on promises turned what should be a joyous occasion into a logistical nightmare. They have mucked around with bridal bouquet not called back when they said they would. Gave a voucher but have not honoured it. Shocking service
Kelly done my flowers for my grandads funeral and went above and beyond too help us, she even was going to go and see my nan all the way in Dagenham to make it easier for her. The service Kelly provides is outstanding. As you can see my grandad was a Westham supporter and Kelly done the Westham badge for him and wow what can I say it was beautiful. She even delivered them all the way too Dagenham with no delivery fee. Thank you so much Kelly…. Flowers by Kelly is Hayley highly recommended🥰🥰🥰
