Where do I start. What a man James is. Had a mishap with the delivery in terms of address and he was nothing but helpful in not only sorting out getting them to my recipient but his light hearted humour & communication made the situation so much better for me. Ordered 10 peonies for a floral bouquet I was making for a client. I had to order them online as I was unable to go to my usual flowe market. I was disappointed to see that when they came, one of them was completely dead and 2 others had broken stems. I left them in water for days in order for them to open up but they most of them never did unfortunately. Would definitely never buy from here again.

Delivered on time and all as expected every time I've used them. Did has a small issue on the last send to which I promptly received a redelivery and all is well in the world. Will continue to use.

Ordered sweet peas for a family member for an anniversary date. She had recently lost her husband and sweet peas were very special to her. I liaised with Flowers by Flourish telling them how important the day was and they listened. Flowers were delivered on the appropriate day and were very well received.

This was one of the most disappointing flower purchases I’ve made. The peonies arrived completely shut and never opened — they looked burnt and dry right out of the packaging. Despite all proper care, they remained tightly closed and clearly were not fresh. What made the experience even worse was the customer service.
