My daughter bought two bunches of flowers that arrived Xmas Eve and were very poor after contacting the owner both bunches were replaced with better flowers only to be told if you order with inter floral we only get 30.00 although she paid 50.00 plus delivery to be fair to the owner he did respond and try sort it out but this needs looking in to they were nothing like the picture on the website this is the second arrangement we received
