أسوء مكان ممكن تطلبون منه ورد في لندن .. لي عدة تجارب معاهم وكلها سيئة .. توصيل الورد يتأخر ويوصل بعد يومين أو ثلاثة أحياناً على الرغم من ارتفاع السعر مقارنة بباقي مواقع الورد اللي في لندن .. ولو حاولوا يوصلون الورد والمستلم مش موجود يرجعون الباقة المحل ويوصلونها بعد يوم ولو الورد ذبلان يوصلونه نفس ما هو بدون ما يجددونه The worst place you can order flowers from in London.. Beautiful flowers and arrangement but the flowers die within 2 days. And foe a small bouquet that costed 25 pounds I would have liked them to last a little longer

I've had a couple of disappointing experiences with Floward. For starters they say same day London delivery which just isn't true. I ordered flowers to zone 3 which is fairly close to central London and received a reply that I either pay more and it will be at least a day late or settle for options that clearly weren't as nice. The staff were pretty hopeless on the phone. I paid more for a late delivery for something I didn't really wish to gift but it was that or cancelling and waiting 5 - 7 days for a refund and likely not... read more

Sadly the quality of the flowers and plants is very poor. You just can’t be charging these prices for flowers that will last 48hours. The customer service is also below par. Not sure how these guys are staying in business like this.
