Flow Toyota engaged in a classic "bait and switch" I found a used Honda Accord on Flow's website that was a "great deal" according to CarFax, a couple thousand below KellyBlueBuck. So I texted a request to schedule a test drive. The response was "what about the Accord caught your attention?" When I reiterated that I wanted to schedule a test drive, the response was "this vehicle isnt being sold" ... but "we have a lot in that price range and mileage." Our Sales Manager communicated with the customer via text on 11/22/23 to apologize for any inconvenience and offered to help locate another suitable vehicle. We made a mistake by adding the vehicle to our website and removed the advertisement promptly. We discovered the vehicle has a CVT transmission issue and we must repair it before the vehicle can be sold. Thank you

I brought my vehicle to Flow three different times for an oil leak we knew we had for warranty work since we only have 30k miles on the vehicle. All. Three times within 30 mins of dropping the vehicle off we got a call saying they couldn’t find the leak and saw “oil spillage” from the last oil change, which the “spillage” was the leak. We would never try to take advantage of a customer. We contacted the customer on 11/13/23 but he refused to talk to us. Unfortunately, we were not able to verify an oil leak on the customer's vehicle after three repeat attempts. We provided videos from our technician and explained this feedback to the customer to build trust and transparency. I know that the sales people do not respect your wishes when you directly and immediately tell them you don’t want to be hounded by them in any capacity.

We interacted with a different customer with the same last name when the initial sales inquiry came through. We requested trade in information afterwards and the current customer spoke to a manager. If I could remove all the stars on this post I would. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. First time I paid $369.95 to fix the front end assist. Two days later the light came back on. Schedule an 2ndappt at 2 pm Oct 13th. Waited 30 mins. Someone came out to quote me on a vehicle that wasn't mine. I was told the information was fixed. My car needed a recalibration which will take 4 hours. I scheduled an appt for Oct 10/18/23 at 7:30 am the first appt of the morning. I called 10/17/23 to verify the cost of the fi... read more

We have offered the customer more than the error plus interest but the customer has refused to accept this offer. Our offer still stands and we encourage the customer to accept it.

FLOW Audi/VW of Asheville should be ranked 1/10 of a star. They charge two-and-a-half times for repairs compared to all other repair shops; they charge a huge "diagnostic fee" and then increase it over the quoted amount; their prices for parts are twice as high as most other repair shops. I was quoted a $900 diagnostic fee by a service representative. After four days, during which I called three times and left messages that she never returned, I called again the following Monday, only to learn that "Friday was her last day."... read more

I took my vehicle into flow auto body to have an estimate. I was told it would take one to two days and I would get an email. I waited five days and called back. I was told it will be another one to two days. Again no response, With this phone call I was told I would get a call back which never happened. It’s now two weeks since I was in to get my estimate with no response. I took my vehicle to a competitor and had an estimate within 15 minutes. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

We had to bring our VW Jetta in for an urgent issue with the steering column. They provided estimate of that, but also of “other items that should be done”. Luckily, I declined those extras, because when I got the car back and took it to my regular mechanic (and looked at the small things to complete like lights, etc) there were 6 items they simply made up!
