The Flow Fit class is a great workout! Jumping off the bike to do burpees, ab work and squats will have your muscles burning.
I really enjoy this studio and instructors! Looking forward to many more classes.
Erin and Ja are the best! I am not a workout junkie by any means and I came to cycle as a total beginner. I decided that it was time to get off my butt and try something new. I came to FLOW and haven't turned back. They are so encouraging, welcoming and best of all they PUSH YOU TO YOUR EDGE! Coming from someone that previously HATED to cycle - I will absolutely be making this part of my weekly workout! So much fun and such a good workout!
I had a great time last night at the cycle session! I've never been a big cyclist and that was my first ever group session but it was definitely fun enough and hard enough that I would do it again as a nice break to my marathon training. I will be eagerly awaiting your open date of august 23rd, especially since it's my 30th b day as well!
Thank you to Erin for a great class yesterday. Loved it! Can't wait until the next one!
