I can't tell you how much FLOW cycle studio has made me feel -- physically and mentally and I have only been going for a week! I am hooked and so thankful I was able to join before I graduate. The ability to go to two different classes is awesome! Plus the community that attends are lovely, welcoming, and ready to ride with you. The best way to start my day :)
Amazing vibe! Totally kicked my as* in a wonderful way & I workout regularly. The instructor was incredible. Can't wait to go back!

Refreshing change. Not your gym membership spinning class. Fun and challenging.

I've never been a huge fan of spin, and but I've kept trying it at various studios throughout the city, just hoping I'd find a class I liked. Without a doubt, FLOW is the best - the energy is so inclusive, and I LOVE Adrienne's classes! I leave every session feeling like my butt has been kicked around the block - and still super excited for more. Highly, highly recommend this awesome studio!
