I'm in LOVE with this place, the people, the classes, the atmosphere! I am not a workout junkie, a cycling enthusiast, or even someone who previously enjoyed working out out regularly. I am an elementary school teacher and a mom to a one year old. Not only do I find the time and energy to come to these classes, but I look forward to them! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to give thus place a try!
