I absolutely love this place! The classes are incredibly tough but fun and rewarding (and addictive too)! By the end of the hour, you're disappointed it's all over and you go home to sign up for five more classes!
I LOVE THIS PLACE! :) Everything about it, from the easily accessible location to the simple rustic elegance of the design, the instructors and the other class attendees make it feel welcoming like 'Cheers' :) The music selections are awesome. The bikes are state of the art and amazing. It is super easy to sign up (or cancel) for class on the mindbody app which also syncs with my calendar. To back up my 'uber-fandom' talk is cheap & actions speak louder than words so I'll probably see you there! Say Hi! :)
Erin and Ja have built a welcoming studio with a variety of classes for everyone! I love the open feel of the space, the quality of the equipment and the extra push all the instructors give you during class. Short Pump is lucky to have Flow!

This is not your ordinary cycle class - You know it is an awesome and fun workout if I am making it to 6 am and 7 am classes! Great workout with great music and great people! Do it - go find your FLOW - you will love everything about it!
