I have never really had any experience at/of a florist let alone going 'private'; however, Floristik & Jana were so accommodating of my needs, requirements and understanding of my situation. An amazing, overwhelming experience. I remember showing a few friends and they were astounded at the creation enfolded upon their eyes. Jana is a fantastic florist and clearly cares so much about what she does! I sent my friend some sympathy flowers and she was blown away by them - Jana was very thoughtful and took the time to discuss with me over the phone and take pictures of the finished flowers. It's always good to support small, independent businesses and I will definitely be using Floristik again! Highly recommend.
