Excellent customer service from Kate when I recently sent flowers to a sick friend. I called from Australia and Kate could not have been more helpful and kind. I asked her to send me a photo of the flowers when they were ready and she kindly did so. The suggested arrangement was stunning and just what I wanted. The next day delivery was tracked and I received delivery confirmation right away. My friend sent me a photo of her with the flowers and she looked very happy with them. Thank you for a wonderful service.

Fantastic service and very friendly florists! Came in looking to get 2 last minute bouquets as thank you gifts for my wedding (the next day ) Having never used an in person florist before the young lady on the desk talked me through everything from sizes, styles, colours and prices. She suggested boxes flowers due to the weather being very warm and to help the lifespan of the bouquets.
