Ordered flowers for my grandmother, was told she could make a beautiful arrangement. She delivered dead roses to my grandmother. Agreed to fix it by making another bouquet and the work just wasn’t quality. Expensive lesson learned but I won’t use her again. That’s all.

First and farmost I believe in integrity,I ask this women was her shop near crestview she told me yes I explained I was at the VA near King Buffet I wanted a flower shop near that area she gave me the impression she was near,q w wqwwqqqwqweq a Aupon driving to her flower shop it was 18 min 13 miles from where I was I had to get on 20 west GPS had me all over I get way over on Ensly 5 pints w get there very disappointed. This florist absolutely went the extra mile for me. I found I had a need at last minute and found everyone closed, even though their hours said they should be open. This lady was so helpful and delivered my flowers the very next day and sent me a great picture of my flowers.

Exceeded my expectations!! The flowers they made and delivered to my daughter are beautiful! She was thrilled. From the time my call was answered to the time the flowers were delivered, the experience was superior. I chose Florist and Gifts from a google search bc I needed to send flowers to my daughter who lives away from me. I picked this florist bc I wanted a local florist and they had great reviews! I am so happy I did!! I highly recommend!!!
