Your guys timing sucks!! My power tends to go out at night (since thats when my transformer usually blows up) and you say you’ll be here at 1 time and never are!! You say you’ll be there by say 1 am and you show up at 3 or 5 am!
They enrolled me in eBill without my consent. When I went online to cancel, the only option they provide to me to be able to cancel is by providing them with access to my checking account. I don’t want eBill. I don’t want to provide open access to them to access my checking account. Now I need to find time in my day tomorrow to call, wait on hold, explain the entire situation, and hope they can help me. This is ridiculous beyond words!!!!! What kind of business does this??? I am so ANGRY ----- On December 9, 2017 approximately 8:45am - 9:15am the power kept flickering on & off and then the power finally went out. I was in the middle of making breakfast for my family. Once, the power came back on, my stove was flashing & there was a code that came up (and of course the stove wouldn't work).
