Wonder if FPL technicians are so incompetent that it would take them from 5:00PM to 11:45PM to fix the power outage affecting 15 houses in N.E. Miami on 01-24. Or did they just want to stretch out the time to get more overtime pay. Really, FPL why long?!
Spent 2 hours & talked to 3 different customer relation people and still do not have an answer. I changed banks & tried to change my method of payment? As of now it can't be done. The last answer received was wait until my account is overdue and someone will contact me about my overdue bill. They also suggested I disconnect my service. Totally ridiculous.
FPL needs to get their crap together. The same 211 customers in Playland Estates in Hollywood have their power go out on a regular basis for no reason like storms Fix the darn thing correctly or replace it We pay our bills like all your other customers and we need good service just like everyone else GET IT TOGETHER !!!!!! “ It affects 211 customers” this is what they say all the time BS
Your guys timing sucks!! My power tends to go out at night (since thats when my transformer usually blows up) and you say you’ll be here at 1 time and never are!! You say you’ll be there by say 1 am and you show up at 3 or 5 am!
They enrolled me in eBill without my consent. When I went online to cancel, the only option they provide to me to be able to cancel is by providing them with access to my checking account. I don’t want eBill. I don’t want to provide open access to them to access my checking account. Now I need to find time in my day tomorrow to call, wait on hold, explain the entire situation, and hope they can help me. This is ridiculous beyond words!!!!! What kind of business does this???
