My neighbor’s tree fell down and broke the power line. In the middle of storm ETA they came, cut the tree and restored the power in less that 20 hrs. They worked in the rain until 5 am. Could not be more grateful. I was very impressed when I saw 10 trucks fixing issues in my neighborhood. Please cut your trees to avoid issues. These FPL workers should not have to risk their lives because people don’t maintain their trees.

Get it together FPL. I have two meters for my business, have for years. Use to be with the city of VB and have always paid both with one check each month. No problem. Then FPL takes over and twice has left a credit on one account and threatens power cut off on the other one. My people have to take the time to call your people and do their job for them. We send both payment stubs and list both accounts on the check. What is the problem FPL? 😠

Stop screwing the public! My mother died, we have been paying the bill since, but now FPL wants to charge us $232 to change the name. It's criminal, it's extortion, it's immoral, should I go on!
