Words cannot describe how happy I am that I chose Dr. Chokshi to perform my LASIK. I saw a few doctors in Jacksonville before deciding on Dr. Chokshi and I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous I would be over-corrected or under-corrected after the surgery and that is definitely not true. It’s like I’m wearing my contacts and I can see without the hassle of wearing them! I was hesitant and nervous about the surgery, but it has been a success and I will recommend Dr. Chokshi to anyone wanting or thinking about LASIK.
This is a good team of highly qualified doctors who are specialized in Glaucoma and Cataract, Oculoplastic, Cornea and Lasix procedures. These doctors are board certified and fellowship trained in their specialties.They also have modern office facilities with dedicated and caring staff.
I nominate Angie Smith! She is one of the greatest mothers, friend, family, wife and ladies president of our church! She gives more than she has sometimes for the betterment of everyone else. What a what to let her "see" the gift she is to so many!!
