Omg what a absolute disgrace the staff are at these doctors, they dont like when patients are in the know of there own prescriptions and try to tell you that you havent ordered it. When you know you have. Receptionist's attitude is Diabolical - I'm still not sure how these people hold down jobs. The most uncaring unprofessional rude jobsworths i've ever come accross
5 star review is for Dr Baqai. Been seeing Dr Baqai for the last three months and in that time she had put me forward for tests which has resulted in health problem being addressed.
GP couldn’t be bothered to see me so sent me to A&E.8 hours later I came out after seeing a doctor who told me it could’ve been dealt with at the surgery Needed a repeat prescription and had to get past the medically untrained receptionist to wait for a 30 second phone consultation
Unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist especially when it comes to people whose English is not their first language using patients confidentiality excuse in a stupid way in order not to help. Definitely she needs training.
