Elaine was most helpful and delivered two beautiful flower arrangements to my best friend who has moved down from the North East to be nearer her sister. It was all done over the phone and worked perfectly and even a change of delivery day was no problem to Elaine. We will definitely use you again Elaine. Thank you so much from North Yorkshire

I used Floral Fleurtations for the first time this week and found Elaine's service exceptional. She was helpful and understanding with my order and when an issue occurred with the delivery, she continued to be helpful, communicating throughout. Elaine created the most stunning arrangement for my Mum, to remember her special day with my late Dad. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my Mum was delighted and cheered her up on a very difficult day for her. Thank you Elaine x
