Valentines day along of money spent on these flowers and delivered to the wrong address name and address on card as well but given to a total stranger I rang florabunderv o complain only to be told I cam only apologise and then they put the phone down on me shocking delivery service 0 customer service the worst experience I've had with a florist plus wrong coloured flowers in bouquet

It's now called under the stairs with some beautiful unusual furniture and quirky items. Absolutely love it and will be going back soon.

Thank you for the beautiful bouquet that has just arrived. The butterfly was a lovely touch, especially as I love butterflies I have a butterfly tattoo. Again thank you, have sent a photo to my daughter who has had them sent. Take care.
