I bought flooring from them 3 years ago. Great product, excellent knowledge, I just had a terrible fitter called Steve who left me to do all the difficult cuts such as reveals, doorways, trims ect. I am doing another project, and will buy from them again, but I will get a better quality finish fitting myself, let alone the £1,600 fitting charge for what was 2.5 days work. No one is ever better than the weakest link in the chain.

We used FtD 3 years ago when choosing laminate flooring for our living room - they offered great products and the fitting was first class. When we decided to do the stairs and first floor recently we went back to them. Happily they stocked the same laminate and so we were able to match what we'd had laid downstairs. Yet again the install was completed to the highest possible standard and we are delighted with the overall fit and finish.

Was recommended to see these guys by a friend that was very pleased with the service, product and installation she received. So glad I did. I was after a wood floor that I had seen in a hotel that I fell in love with. These guys produced and finished what they call Bespoke Service Oak plank flooring. Achieved exactly what I was looking for but could not find anywhere. Amazing!! Instalation was meticulous. Check these guys out if your are looking for flooring. Very friendly and helpful.
