Used them a few months ago. They are cowboys. They couldn't fit lego together nevermore laminate. I'm disabled but that doesn't mean you don't know cowboys ..... really avoid.
Really wish I had read the reviews first before I booked these guys... shitty attitude when u challenge them about shitty work and then tried to put good flooring out with the rubbish... absolute shambles... and yes... it was Hills flooring services n not the other one like the owner tries to tell everyone
Dreadful service and extremely rude quoted a price then charged double. The owner was extremely aggressive in his communication when I raised the issues with the stair fit and chased and how uncomfortable the fitter made me feel. They do not display on any platform opening times yet are happy to call you prior to 7am to get in but chase you if you contact them on a saturday/sun. Absolutely terrible company to deal with. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER PHONING. The man on the phone has a right attitude problem, and all the reviews show this. I have worked in customer service for years and absolutely appalled at the way the man spoke to me. RUDE !
Absolute shocking service - agreed a time and date and then called to confirm and they knew nothing about it. Guy on the phone in particular was very unprofessional and very provocative. Shambles of a company.
