Worst flooring service I’ve ever experienced. They promised a smooth installation, but my carpet looks uneven and lumpy in several spots. Their customer service is rude and completely unhelpful.
Very disappointed with the hardwood floor installation. Gaps are visible everywhere, and some boards creak loudly when stepped on. The finish started peeling quickly, and they refused to come back to fix it.
Steven brought our floors back to life, they look fantastic! He was very reliable, communicated clearly, and left everything clean and tidy at the end. Would highly recommend Flooring Naturally Ltd!
Lounge and hall required updating. Steven did a fantastic job. Professional approach, hassle free and no mess. Job took 2.5 days and we are so pleased went down the road of refurbish instead of renewal. Looks like a new floor. Thanks again
