Dennis and his team did an amazing job on re-carpeting my stairways and hall. Dennis is a pleasure to deal with - and very helpful when choosing between the large selection that he has in his showroom. I recommend 100%.
Dennis and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. It's nice not to feel upsold; instead, they take their time to recommend what works best for your home, even if it's not a product they sell. I purchased some Westex wool loop carpets, which they price matched to the best quote I had from other retailers (cheaper than Tapi carpets, and much better service). We have used Flooring Centre twice now, firstly when having new flooring laid and secondly to replace flooring after a leak from upstairs. Dennis is a true professional - communicative and helpful, and really knows what he is doing. Flooring and underlay supplied by Flooring Centre is great quality and the service is excellent - I would not hesitate to recommend!
Dennis gave us an exceptional service. We felt very well informed at all times as he would be very responsive to whichever question we would raise, and there were a lot of those! Everything from the pricing to the scheduling of the job itself went super smoothly and without delays which seems to be the exception rather than the rule in this type of service.
