On Thursday I spoke to Matt at Floorbay who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to find out how quickly I could take delivery of some Karndean flooring which I needed urgently. Most other places were saying one or two weeks. I was able to order the flooring that morning, and my order was delivered two working days later on Monday morning. I was kept informed about progress the whole time. I couldn't be happier. Floorbay's customer service was exemplary. I would happily order from them again and recommend them.
The product I received from Floorbay was absolutely first class LVT tiles the price was very good and the delivery was on time Ricky and Matt were very professional and courteous it was a pleasure to do business with the them Will definitely be using Floorbay again
