AVOID. He came as a recommendation, so he must of been good in some jobs. This one was a shamble! He would call me on a daily bases with complaints and not getting on with the job. It was 3 days job ended up been a week incomplete. I ended up renting the equipment myself to finish what he couldn’t in 1 day. In regards to payment he was constantly changing prices mid way the project because he was not spending his time efficiently on site. The numbers never added up and would never do a full days works. Nick and his team did an amazing job restoring our Victorian conversion flat floorboards, sanding, gap filling and replacing damaged and missing boards with reclaimed boards so that it recovered its original Victorian beauty, polishing and varnishing. Nick and his team are fantastic. They were easily the most competitive quote, and did my entire house (minus kitchen and bathrooms) while i was on holiday. Nick sent me photos of the floors every day to keep me updated, so i could see for myself what work needed to be done/boards to be replaced etc. Absolutely delighted with the final result.
