Worst con artists in London. I spent 1000.00 For 25 sq meters of 7.99 Carpet costing 199.75 And 2 fitters costing 27.00. It wasn’t worth it. New to the area, I looked at 4 carpet trades men. I mistakenly settled for these guys, hoping to support a local, reputable business. Originally, they quoted 1.2k for carpet and vinyl. Liam and team originally came to our house in 2018 and were excellent. Subsequently we invited them back following renovation. I’m not sure if they were under stress / going through a bad period, but the quality of lay was extremely poor. Our house is a Victorian with floorboards (although not in all rooms). Throughout the house the carpet was loose, poorly laid and badly cut. Liam came to rectify some issues but the cuts etc obviously couldn’t be resolved. We recently bought a bedroom carpet from Floor Plan, and have purchased all of our flooring from them over several years. Liam went beyond expectations, even screwing down squeaky floor boards and adjusting doors for a small fee. Very pleased with the excellent service.
