Appalling delivery service. Quoted 1-3 days, was informed by their "distribution partner" of delivery on day 6. Failed to show without any communication about why. Called them and the agent could not tell me why the delivery had failed and simply informed me I would receive an update in due course!!! Had to cancel a fitter at short notice which cost me £50! Will never use them again.
Zero stars if I could. Threatening further delivery charges for absolutely no reason. Would not recommend at all. Spend your money where it is appreciated! Yet to receive an apology. Customer service is non existent.

I had to take up a floor that was sold as good quality and was far from it. After being recommended Floor Land, we went to pick our floor. We were advised really well, took some samples home, chose the floor and arranged screeding and fitting. Within 2 weeks we had a perfect floor. Lee in the showroom was very knowledgeable, the guy who screeded the floor was great and the fitter was spot on. I wish I had gone to Floor Land originally. But lesson learned.
