Had first float session yesterday and really enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, will definitely go again.
Sophie is lovely and so helpful and welcoming! Has been amazing at helping reduce anxiety and improving sleep, in addition to the physical benefits of muscle relaxation. Highly recommended. The only place I can really switch off, and enjoy an hour+ of peace and calm. Lovely, tranquil atmosphere and very soothing.
