I’ve been seeing Flo for sports massages for over four years - monthly for general maintenance, and more frequently during intense training blocks, pre-race build-up, and race recovery. Flo’s sports massages are excellent and she offers valuable advice drawn from her deep experience in sport and nutrition. Flo has been a pivotal part of my recovery and performance routine. I’m almost reluctant to recommend her too highly as I’d hate to find her fully booked!
I have been having sports massages with Flo every couple of months over the last 2 years . She is a highly competent therapist, who targets specific areas for treatment, which has really helped me continue with the sports I love in my latter years. I would highly recommend Flo.
Flo is a fantastic Sports massage therapist. I have used her a couple of times for a recurring hamstring injury and her sessions really help. Her guidance and expertise in terms of my exercise and training have really made a difference too. Flo has also provided suggestions with regard to supplements and food in terms of training and general well-being. I love talking to her on this as her knowledge is extensive.
I have been having sports massage regularly from Flo for a couple of years now. Flo is a fabulous therapist who has the ability to assess and then target problem areas of the body, which helps me to stay strong in the gym and on the Padel court. If you ask Flo a question she will usually have the answer but if not she will find out for you! I feel very comfortable with Flo and she is always keen to share her vast knowledge of nutrition.
Flo is just brilliant! I have had a lot of aches and pains from long hours at a desk, and Flo has helped enormously. She is so knowledgeable and is always keen to see how she can go the extra mile with information and recommendations. Thanks Flo!
