Disappointed would be an understatement about the T E R R I B L E and D I S R E S P E C T F U L customer service from Kimberly. I didn’t get everything that I ordered even though I put my order in MONTHS before Christmas and we’re a few days away and still don’t have everything. She said initially that they would’ve been done at the beginning of December but because she kept prioritizing other orders over mine they never got done in a timely fashioned as said when ordered. RecommendedKim was so patient with me being last minute. She made me the perfect decal for a Father’s Day gift. Will definitely use her again!!!!!
She made me a sign for my front porch. It’s beautiful! I get a lot of compliments on it. I am having her make my second sign to go up by our Christmas tree for the stockings. And after Christmas, I am going to have her make me a third sign. She does great work! I would definitely recommend this company!
Kim can do anything, she is amazing! She has made me several shirts, vinyl quotes and wooden vinyl signs, all which came out beautifully.
