AVOID this company at all costs. This company is attempting to fraudulently extort. from me my holding deposit, on a vehicle which I leased from them for over 18mths. They collected the vehicle and completed the handover form which stipulated no damage to the vehicle other than stone chips and a wing mirror mark, all of which fall under the provision of reasonable wear and tear. We signed the form and they took the vehicle away, 1 week later, and they claim the vehicle has a dent and a scratch both of which are not mentioned... read more
