Flexspace is the original Bully and Harassment company. This is a company to avoid at all costs. I used the office for 1 hour. The Manager charged be about £10 . There was a mix up in the payment process so the manager kindly scrapped the charge. The call centre for Flexspace (somewhere in the south east) Then spent weeks harassing me for the money. I tried very hard to explain the mix up, but they refused any kind of logical conversation. I then asked for the name of the Business owner or manager. They REFUSED to tell me. T... read more

Rachel was very helpful and informative, although on this occasion it wasn't suitable for our needs I can say its very tidy and the units are great, Rachel gave the ultimate customer service.

There's a shortage of flexible office space in the area and so we ended up here for 18 months as we'd rented out our own building long term. Superficially it presents quite well, but stay here for any length of time and you'll get the real story. It heats up like an oven in anything approaching warm weather and has no effective air circulation, and in very hot weather it's unbearable. Management is shocking.
