I am a very active 75 year old man who climbs, sails, skis, rides a bike, and plays golf. I had a reverse total shoulder replacement 3 months ago and have been seeing Siobhan for post surgical physiotherapy. She has provided an excellent service with a detailed understanding of my surgery, carefully managed rehabilitation exercises, and a very relaxed, encouraging and friendly manner. I have made excellent progress and am now back to doing all the activities I love.
Flex Physio provide excellent Physiotherapy to support your recovery. They explain everything really clearly and are easy to understand with clear, structured and bespoke exercise plans to work to. I suffered a severely broken leg and am now back to normal thanks to their support. I thoroughly recommend their services.
