Hayley is really professional and has a great energy about her. I loved the whole session, and the addition of the shakti mat was great, I found it relieved a lot of tension. The Reflex was on point and she highlighted a few issues that had been on my mind. The Reiki was so relaxing and helped with memtal clarity after a busy morning.🔥 Hayley was so generous too, aswell as it being a treat for nhs staff😙, I received a foot soak which was so great before bed, and a crystal I was drawn to.
