Have had flowers delivered from Fleur-De-Leys via Interflora, and I must say, the quality of the flowers have be fantastic! My wife has loved both the bouquets which have arrived and they're always very friendly and happy when dropping them off. Have no faults with the service and flower quality.

Very disappointed. Went into the Billericay shop yesterday and ordered two bouquets for today. Two very good friends celebrating their 50th’s tonight and no delivery and not even a phone call to apologise. So gonna have to find another present for them at the last minute. Disgusting service!
great service every time. usually send flowers to my mum, who is always delighted by their choices and the amount in the bouquets.
