Nolan, our salesman, was very personable and helpful. It was a long drive to get there and took a little longer than I would have liked, but overall a great experience!

Had a few glitches in the beginning but in my opinion they went above and beyond. They even went so far as to giving me a loaner so I could go on vacation and then driving 3 hours to get the loaner and bring me my car.

This was an awful experience. I drove 2.5 hours to Chicago to purchase an Audi A5. The Sales Rep contacted me en route to tell me the car was recalled and they couldn't sell it to me. I then spoke to the Sales Manager who said he'd give me a better deal considering the circumstance. Once I arrived at the dealership the Sales Manager didn't honor his word. I spent 5 hours of driving only to have a terrible experience.
