Terrible customer service. Asks a question regarding a car I'm looking for and never replies back after I answer his original question.
I called and said I would drive from MI to IL to look at the car. They did not ask for a deposit and I did not realize it was needed. They called me 4 hours later and said they sold the car.
Great
I guess they didnt likd my offer and they lied telling me car was sold. One week later i messaged about the same car and said they had it and asked me to come look at it by a different salesman. They didnt even try to tell me whats their best price they could give me
I found my car-contacted this dealer. Met with a great salesperson. Thanks a million Terrence Alexander for the eXcellent experience. Kudos to this dealership.

Terrence Alexander was a very nice and helpful salesperson. The dealership was aggressive in their pricing strategy and anxious to "make a deal". Unfortunately for them they seemed to be uniformed on out of state tax arrangements and we were unable to come to a final agreement.
They were quick to answer my questions.
