Had an overall great experience with Fletcher dealership. Channing my sales rep was very insightful and inquisitive. I was worried about the car being sold before I came and Channing kept me updated from the time I contacted to the time I showed up fir a test drive.. Finance team was great as well. I came in pre-approved and although they did have another finance option they didn't pressure me into choosing another loan, but gave me the option. Most dealers try to switch your mind. Had a great experience working w/Colleen and finance manager (Michael). Found the car online, inquired, set up an appointment, showed up and was welcomed respectfully. Test drive & purchase, from start to finish, was about 2 hours. Price was as listed online (plus applicable taxes, to be expected). No hassling, no sleazy sales tactics, just an overall smooth and quick experience. We were excited to walk out with our new Audi and will return here for our next.

They open at 9:00 on Monday.and I told them I was willing buy this car and submitted the finance application at 9:30. I also told them I was willing to set up a deposit to secure this car. They said OK. At 1:30 pm, the manager called me for more info about my application. I thought everything was OK. Then the long wait began. I had to contact them again before they closed and was told this car was sold. Why no one told me earlier? I live out of state and I told them I will drive a long way to get there. Omar Ocasio, the salesperson was fantastic to work with. He communicated well and we drove up to look at, test drive, and purchase this jeep. The entire experience was very good. All of the employees we worked with were great. Overall it was a fantastic buying experience from the time we made contact to driving out of the dealership.
I was interested in the car, I recvd an email saying there was interest in the car, "we don't want you to lose out". I emailed back less than an hour later, to say we wanted the car at the price listed, 13,880. I never got a reply after that, so I checked the dealer's site, and found that they had raised the price. to 14,500, I emailed back again to tell them that I was out since they had raised the price like that, they did sell the car a few days later.
