As far as dealers go, I had a good experience. Everything was straightforward. I was not pushed on the extended warranty extras for purchasing when buying a used car. I told them upfront I wanted as is. Was given ample time to drive the car and inspect to my liking. All in all pleasant, was pleasant. I would do 4.5 stars plus. The deal I got was respectable, all in all I waited nine months for the right golf r. And so far, happy

Overall, a good experience. My salesman, Brendan, was excellent—knowledgeable, helpful, and definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The only reason I’m giving the dealership 4 stars is because of a minor glitch in the loan paperwork that caused a two-hour delay when picking up my vehicle. Also, I noticed a brake light bulb was out and had to replace it myself. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase and the way I was treated.
