My friend recently had a very bad experience with this agency. She found a property she really liked and went to see it in the afternoon. After viewing it, she confirmed immediately that she wanted to take it. Just one minute later, they told her the property had already been given to someone else. What makes this worse is that the listing had been removed in the morning, which means they already knew it wasn't available before showing it to her. 😠I had a very disappointing experience with Flax & Co. They confirmed a viewing for us even though the property had already been taken down from listings earlier in the day. I even emailed to double-check that the viewing was still valid, and they reassured me that it was. However, only half an hour after the viewing, they told us the flat had been rented out.
