James was fantastic, I have been struggling with a limp my entire life, and never had insoles that worked as well as these. This was the most in depth visit I have ever received and it really reassured me in thinking James knew what he was talking about. I have a 3cm difference between my legs and after receiving my new insoles I have stopped limping and feel so much better. I am shocked by the difference and couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you thank you! I'll be back for a second pair soon.

I had a very positive experience getting a biomechanics assessment and purchasing custom orthotics here. I have a structural leg length discrepancy so needed a 12mm heel lift on the left orthotic. James is very knowledgable and after enquiring at 3 places in London I decided to go with Flawless. I have now been wearing the orthotics for 2 weeks and use them in my everyday shoes and for running and weightlifting.
