Sadly our experience with Steve turned sour. Initially called out to fix a leak in the roof, and Steve did some patching for £80. Sadly, this didn't resolve it. Steve then said we needed some weatherproofing which he did for £300. Sadly, this didn't resolve it. Third visit and Steve actually went into the loft this time and determined that the leak location was different to where he had made the fixes. Our second job for Stephen and his team was to clear the roof of moss that had built up on our daughters house over the years and was blocking the gutters. He was very thorough and spotted some slipped tiles and missing mortar joints that he reported to me and repaired after I gave him the go ahead. It was a messy job but they cleared all the debris away. I would highly recommend them.
New roof completed very quickly, Stephen and his team were helpful, cheerful, very tidy and the roof looks really good. Very pleased with the result.
Thoroughly recommend Steve for a prompt response and turning up the following day to resolve the issues, giving the whole roof a maintenance check and fixing anything required for a good price. Thanks Steve.
